Before any instructor goes live, Drivelo checks their state driving instructor authority, Working with Children Check, Public Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Motor Insurance & Vehicle Registration. We re-verify before each credential expires.
How much does a driving lesson cost on Drivelo?
Instructors set their own price. Most lessons range from $65 to $95 per hour, all inclusive. The price you see on the instructor's profile is the price you pay - no booking fees added at checkout.
How do I become an instructor on Drivelo?
Apply via the Become an Instructor page. We'll ask for your authority, WWCC, insurance, and vehicle details, then we review and approve within 5 business days.

Can I cancel a lesson?
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before your lesson and you'll be refunded in full. Within 24 hours, a set 50% applies - except where the cancellation is for a reason covered by Australian Consumer Law.
